Best bean burritos ever been coming here since I was a kid I am 50 now ..my whole family loves this place & the owners too

Some of the menu items are a bit overpriced. The super burrito was smallish and not very flavorful. Same thing with Chicken wrap. I think the best selections are the combo plates. Great value and home-cooked goodness.

Owner always fun to talk to and employees are always so nice service is very fast and food is awesome!!!

Ground beef has no flavor, meat on tacos is sopping, the entire bottom just falls apart because its soaking wet. I do like that they use freshly grated cheese.

Jo jo used to be good and reasonable.But now it cost more and less food.

Where do I start. The best fast food restaurant in town. Any thing you order off the menu is fantastic. I moved to Oregon 20 years ago and can not find a restaurant like this one. When I go down to Modesto. It is a must stop lunch or dinner before heading back up to Oregon. I told the owner one time to please come open one up in klamath falls, Oregon we need some good Mexican food here.

The food is absolutely delicious here, the drive-thru service was prompt and I also chose to dine in a different time in service and food was just as good. Definitely will return!

My friend took me here to have one of their milkshakes and the green apple flavored milkshake was to die for.

Love this place! Always so helpful and friendly. They always take time to answer any questions I have. When I mentioned that I don't order chorizo in my breakfast dishes very often because I've had some things elsewhere come out more greasy than I liked Alma made sure to talk to the cook about making sure that my burrito didn't come back that way, even though I was just chatting about previous experiences at other restaurants. I love the food here too! Taco salad, all the breakfast items. I don't get burritos too often, but my husband likes them here. I personally haven't ordered something that I didn't like, but I think if something didn't come out right I don't have a doubt that they would work with me to make it right. Fast food made fresh and to order.

Taste and meat are good, but the portions are too small for the price. They wanted to charge me .40 cents for a slice of lime!!! At Jessica’s taco truck, they give you a baggie full of sliced limes for .50 cents per baggie full! You do the math!!!

Great food. I have never had a bad experience here. The food is consistently good and the employees are always courteous and strive to get your order right every time.

The food was great and everything was fresh. I got this beans and rice and they offer fish tacos. They are really good, My mom surprised me one day when she came home from work which is nice. Love this meal and will get again

Very dirty... None of the employees even come out front behind the counter to see how the dining room is. Last several times it's been really really dirty. They also don't know much about food safety. They touch their clothes their hair their face and then they touch your food. Disgusting....

Food is healthier than most fast food restaurants. It is a Mexican restaurant but not an authentic sit down restaurant. There are clean tables it's a cross between a drive through fast food restaurant with a few indoor tables and television sets and a Mexican restaurant. The food is Americanized Mexican food. It's ot as good as El Pollo Loco but much better than taco bell! It's great for a quick bite to eat if you don't have time to make home cooked meal.

Place has gone down hill.. used to be my family’s favorite spot.. now they serve cold food and their customer service is terrible..

I ordered the fish tacos....the fish was breaded and it was not a fish tasting at all....portion size should be a little bigger....peace

Ehhh this place is okay. I ordered a taco salad without the relish and olives. I'm glad I asked what came in the salad otherwise that would've also been a disappointment. I wasnt satisfied with the salad at all. Some pieces of chicken were hard and it's mostly lettuce, which I know it's a salad you get lettuce but I was at least expecting rice and beans. I only noticed beans at the bottom. I wouldn't go back for another taco salad here. I'm sure the other food is good here but I was really dissatisfied with that salad

Mexican food and service here is quality. Very savory. Next time I'll be back with my friends. Prices were reasonable. Feeling here is like a restaurant in Fort Worth I liked.

Been a customer for three decades, back to when there were multiple locations around town. Food is always good. Service is fast. Be sure to ask for any extras you need, such as utensils or extra salsa, because these things sometimes get forgotten during a rush.

Way too expensive. Staff is a little too unfriendly. The portions are not even close to what someone would expect of a place who's food is mediocre at best. And not a restroom in sight. I would recommended you find another place to eat

Homestyle no frills place. You're mainly going for the drive thru not the dining experience. The food? Best tasting in taqueria joints in Modesto. Not the same style of food though as those taquerias. More homey, more flavor, and more selection has grown it into a kind of Del Taco, only way better.

This is an upgrade from Taco Bell, but really more like a fast food restaurant. My fajita fish taco was good. My husband liked his taco salad, but preggers in the flour tortilla shell.

THE $6 MEAL DEAL not, Price in the Window was not the same price once you wait in line and discover that it's a dollar more , Chip showed Lay's small bag got tortilla chip in plain paper bag, when I questioned the price increase, I was told that's what it is ,do you still want it , well after waking in line on my lunch time Yes I was Hungry. While waiting for the Food to done, I was looking around , For A Restaurant to have Carpet in it It needs to be cleaned And still looking around the place could use a good cleaning all over , that was the not only my first time there but it was also my last time .

I helped Jo Jo open his first restaurant years ago. He was always good to me. He introduced me to foods I'd never heard of or tasted before. I'm so glad to see his store is still a success. Still the best mexican food everrr! Thanks for the great memories and wonderful food.

Didnt care for the corn tortilla being cold when used for my shredded beef enchilada. Wish it was heated.
